A booking is confirmed once we receive a 30% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the tour begins.

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the tour will receive a full refund, less administrative fees.
• Cancellations between 30-60 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the tour start will forfeit the full amount.

Tanzania Travel Expert reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, park regulations, or safety concerns.

All clients are required to have adequate health and travel insurance covering any unforeseen medical emergencies or trip cancellations.

Tanzania Travel Expert is not liable for any personal injuries, loss of belongings, or delays due to weather, airline, or third-party service issues.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and any necessary visas for entry into Tanzania.

Tanzania Travel Expert will not be responsible for any trip interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or strikes.

We accept payments via bank transfer, major credit cards, and mobile payments. All payments must be completed in USD.
